CORE – Community Reinvestment Project
The goal of the Community Reinvestment Project – CORE – is to turn government-owned properties back into productive use to provide workforce housing for key target audiences such as first-time homebuyers, teachers, firefighters, and police officers. Keystone developed a software mapping system that allows viewers to clearly see the impact that government-owned properties have on a community. Using publicly-available property data, the software identifies government-owned properties, current condition of the property, and has a zoom feature that provides a 360° view of the property and surrounding area. Keystone also developed a website and brochure for the project.
